  • Assisted PropertyGuru in multiple rounds of its eventual acquisition of a controlling stake in Vietnam’s no.1 real estate listing website.
  • On the due diligence and drafting teams that acted for Berli Jucker Company in its US$1 billion acquisition of Metro’s Cash & Carry business.
  • On the team acting for Hoan My in an ongoing series of acquisitions of various private hospitals and clinics.
  • Advised various banks (including Commerzbank and Nomura) on matters related to ISDA-based, GMRA-based, and GMSLA-based derivatives transactions with local banks.
